We recently had the honor to be the first growing operation to receive Nathalie Marin-Gest – Head of Producer Services at Fair Trade USA as a voluntary guest at the Etzatlán Divemex facility, she was looking to experience firsthand that of the production, cultivating & harvesting of sweet Divemex peppers.

Nathalie lived the new hire experience and later started packing facility training where her Supervisor showed her the ropes on sorting and selecting proper fruit for retail & wholesale packs.

On her 2nd day, Nathalie got an early bird rise and learned how to perform greenhouse detailed manual labor chores such as guiding vines through the mesh & harvesting at the right time and with the right tools and technique.

We were really thrilled to have her on board with us and she will always be welcomed at our home at Divemex and we sincerely hope that this was a reciprocal experience for her.
