Roasted bell pepper strips with burrata

INGREDIENTS
  • Bell peppers (any color)

  • Fresh burrata

  • Red onion

  • Salt and pepper

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Rustic bread (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Roast the peppers and onion strips for 5–7 min until tender and slightly charred.

Place roasted peppers on a plate or bread, then top with creamy burrata.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle salt & pepper. Optional: add fresh basil or arugula for a peppery kick
