Working with a client like Whole Foods Market

As a quality manager, what are the main challenges of working with a client like Whole Foods Market (WFM)?

Complying with the highest standards, WFM has a comprehensive vision which adds value to Its products.

Their brand image and design, along with their packaging materials seek to generate sustainability, a package which will require healthy peppers and is always seeking the well-being of their consumers.

Harvesting & packing bell peppers should be done in a way that the worker, the environment and ethical work practices are intertwined in such a way that the supply chain value can be appreciated in all of its senses.

WFM needs to ensure that their products comply with customer expectations & with food safety rules and labor laws, their suppliers’ performance is analyzed through a verification program, which covers international safety standards, compliance with the country’s labor law, environmental guidelines and best practices, for which they are constantly innovating to meet and exceed expectations.

Each purchased order that is shipped to Whole Foods is backed by a quality and safety documented procedure which is followed according to specifications in parameters of appearance, weight and overall quality.

It is one of the most important Divemex programs, our packing team identifies who WFM is and we take care of this program as if it was our baby, because we know that continuing caring for this program will reap benefits which will benefit the community in which they live, their family and themselves as an individual.

At Divemex we understand & strive to meet it on a day by day basis all of WFM’s needs, it is not seen as a challenge rather we take it as a commitment to them and all our clients in such a way that we demand constant improvement.
